Mothers Day!

Mothers day 2008

I woke up this morning and my wonderfull children had a few surprises for me. Home made gifts, my favorite things to get knowing that they spent time and effort making me something and hoping I'd like it? How could I not like it? No fancy store bought things, just love and a desire to please. The best mother's day ever. My kids are growing up to be thoughful and loving individuals despite the difficulties that families go through. I am so proud of them and so happy to be their mom. Mothers Day? Im just glad that I am their mom. I will always show them love, kindness and compassion. Each day I try to show them pride in their accomplishments. The greatest joy I can ever have is for them to know I love them, so there are no doubts. Doubting your mother's love is something Inever want them to experience.

I hope every day brings them joy and happiness, and that when things get tough for them that they will continue to have the confidence that "Mom" will be there for them.
